The theme of generation runs through the film as a red thread, reflecting a new self-image of six young filmmakers in Central and Eastern Europe and looking at traditions and national stories anew.

“LOST AND FOUND”
is a film project for which six young filmmakers from Central and Eastern Europe each develop a short film on the subject of generation. A unique feature is the selection of young directors who are currently among the most talented in the Central and Eastern European region. Another special idea is that five of the short films (four short feature films and one short documentary film) will be visually framed with an independent animation story. Together with local producers, the filmmakers realize the films in their home countries.
